Wow, after writing all of this down, it's amazing the crap we eat on a big day of enjoying company. I really could have done without going overboard at dinner. I nice salad would have been good but I guess you only live once.
Exercise:
- 40 minutes on the stair stepper.

i love love love honey walnut prawns. if done right, and i mean not all coated in mayonaaise, they are my favorite.
a day like this really isn't a big deal though....you even exercised! hehe
Well, the burger was important because it was red meat and I loved it so much. Seriously.... yes, I am. I really want to lose this weight to be honest.
ReplyDeleteLoomi doesn't want me all wiry and thin, but I would really like to get down to about 190-195 again unless I'm just STACKED!. Then, 210 is ok.
I'll be happy with 205-210 for the wedding.
